“How are you today?” This simple question typically garners an even simpler response: “I’m well.” But have you ever stopped to think about the weight of that question? Many people reflect on their physical health, wondering if they are of the correct weight or height or if their blood pressure is within its proper range. Others reflect upon their spiritual health questioning whether their own life force is truly connected with that of the Creator they worship.
